Get Buzzing Banana Bread
Apparently everybody has decided that quarantine calls for banana bread. Now I wasn’t going to get on the hype because I bake banana bread often enough, I was baking a lot of things for assorted birthdays so there was no need. However, my bananas decided that they wanted to be baked and they showed me that by going utterly ripe. So when life gives you bananas, make banana bread.
I have been eating get buzzing bars for quite a while. You can see my product review here. I use them for when I am out of the house and a quick snack. They are bars but have the ingredients of flapjacks, so they are really great when you need a sugar boost with energy. Well, unfortunately with quarantine and all, I am not in need of an outside snack, but I missed these bars a lot (the banana flavour is amazing). So banana bread meet banana bars. There you have it, the best banana bread bar I have ever had. The banana bread recipe came from House of Nash Eats with a few minor changes.
