LONDON REVIEW: Chipotle Mexican Grill
The minute I found out that I wasn't allergic to avocados any more the only place I wanted to go was Chipotle. I have gone many times when I was in Drama school but I was always so scared and paranoid that avocado would come into contact with my food.
Now I am safe to eat there as much as I like (except for the beans)
What I liked:
We do not use eggs, mustard, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, shellfish, soya, or fish as ingredients in our food. (AMAZING!)
They have something for everyone.
The staff are lovely and efficient.
It is Mexican. Your taste buds will thank you.
Fresh food.
They give the allergen list online and in store.
Online they tell you the actual ingredients so you are prepared.
The guac. ohhhh the guac.
They have a lot of bowls catered to your health goals.
What could have been better:
Only available in the centre of London (hey chipotle, please move to the outskirts, I am hungry)
They are a bit sloppy, so if you are allergic to any of the other products you might need to ask them if they can give you a fresh batch (as they make it fresh and often) or change their gloves, which I do often!
