12 DAYS OF FOODMAS: Day 9

12 DAYS OF FOODMAS: Day 9

When I go home for Christmas I eat the food my family cooks. My aunt, whose house it is, has anaphylaxis too so it is a nut free, allergy friendly Christmas lunch. But on the days that I am there, when I am not eating pre-organised meal, not a lot in the fridge that I can eat, and I don’t want to cook as I’ll be getting in the way as they prepare, I eat my meal preps! ...
I love meal prepping, as you know, because I am not wondering what I will eat. I feel so much safer eating food that I have prepared.

On the 9th day of Christmas my true love gave to me…
