Spokin was founded by Susie Hultquist, a food allergy mother for over 20 years and with a BSc in Finance and an MBA. After years of frustrations and research she developed Spokin - “a trusted, solution-based resource providing a combination of content, community, and tools all with the common goal to make it easier, faster, and safer to manage food allergies”.

With 90k reviews in 130 countries, Spokin is my resource to find allergy safe areas when I am traveling. The spokin community can rate, review and search multiple categories to ease their lives.

When you look at my guides and all the places and products I review on this blog, a lot of the information came from Spokin. Spokin is my first point of research - it has become my google for allergies. I seach for safe food, new places to eat, and discovering new people in the community - I especially love connecting with people who have the same/similar allergies to me (ps. you can follow them and thank them for their reccommendations).
