12 DAYS OF FOODMAS: Day 7

Are you ever wandering around a Christmas market and you’re smelling all the yummy food, food that keeps you warm, food that gets you into the Christmas spirit, but when your friends say “hey wanna grab a crepe?!” Sadness creeps in because you know you can’t have that because all of the crepe stands are slathered in Nutella. Is this just me?

Mostly I am okay with FOMO but sometimes I just want to partake. This recipe takes less than 10minutes. Because of my allergies I can’t be as spontaneous as I want to be but that doesn’t mean I can’t eat all the foods I just have to wait a bit for them. Patience is a virtue! I have that in spades. On the 7th day of Christmas my true love gave to me…

No- Nut- Ella Crepes

Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup Flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp melted butter

  • 1/4 cup and 3 tablespoons of milk

    No-nut-ella

  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt

  • 2 tbps Cocoa powder

  • 1tsp Vanilla extract

  • Sprinkles

Method


  • Whisk all the crepe ingredients together and fry 1/3 cup at a time, very thin. Brown on both sides.

  • Mix the topping ingredients together and spread on the crepes - sprinkle
